Benjamin Shatzky is an associate at DeSimone, Aviles, Shorter & Oxamendi, LLP, making court appearances, arguing motions, taking depositions, preparing all litigation-related documents and conducting research. Earlier in his career, Mr. Shatzky worked as a staff attorney for the Greater New York Insurance Company, a liability insurance carrier, where he litigated all phases of matters in New York State Court.

Mr. Shatzky received his J.D. from the New York Law School, class of 1998, where he was articles editor of the New York Law School Journal of International and Comparative Law. He was awarded a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Brandeis University in 1995.
